Jennifer’s advice for moms with health issues: Compassion and grace
Be compassionate with yourself. Do what you can, even if it’s something little. Let’s say you drank an extra cup of water today, give yourself a pat on the back for that. Give yourself grace and for this time and take whatever actions you can for self-care, even small ones.
